In-stock items are typically shipped within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Custom items have variable processing timelines, but we aim to have items completed within 1-2 weeks. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Custom items, including custom plush and wrap scrap animals and/or animals with custom embroidery are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Additional non-returnable items include gift cards and downloadable products, such as pattern PDFs.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted.
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like an exchange, please contact us. Certain customized items cannot be exchanged.
